In such cases, the data subjects shall be informed by means of a public notice or by other means ensuring that the data subjects are informed in an equally effective manner.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The Data Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
