Since 2004, the group has been engaged in the development, leasing, and operation of its own properties. Through its legal predecessors, the group’s companies built and opened retail shopping centres in seven cities, offering a total rental area of 16,500 m². In addition to its commercial developments, the group also owns and manages industrial properties, primarily used as warehouses, factories, and offices. Following a series of acquisitions in recent years, including both industrial and commercial properties, the group now manages approximately 115,000 m² of rental space in 16 cities. The portfolio includes 80,000 m² of industrial property and 35,000 m² of commercial property.

The strength of the locations and high-quality standards of both the shopping centres and industrial properties, as well as the effectiveness of the Group’s business and investment strategy, are demonstrated by occupancy rates significantly exceeding the market average. More than 90% of the total leasable area is occupied and leased, while over 70% of the tenant base consists of premium tenants.

The group operates offices in Veszprém and Budapest.
