Since 2004, the group has been engaged in the development, leasing, and operation of its own properties. Through its legal predecessors, the group’s companies built and opened retail shopping centres in seven cities, offering a total rental area of 16,500 m². In addition to its commercial developments, the group also owns and manages industrial properties, primarily used as warehouses, factories, and offices. Following a series of acquisitions in recent years, including both industrial and commercial properties, the group now manages approximately 98,600 m² of rental space in 16 cities. The portfolio includes 46,500 m² of industrial property and 52,100 m² of commercial property.

The strategic locations and high-quality standards of both the business centres and industrial properties, as along with group’s sound business and investment approach, are reflected in an outstanding occupancy rate: over 93% of the total leasable area is currently leased, far exceeding the market average, and more than 70% of tenants are classified as premium tenants.
